Course Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts until you start the course. If you are unhappy with the product and/or service you have received, we are happy to offer you a full refund as long as you have not accessed any of the paid content. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If some some unforeseen circumstance https://pieramaria.com goes offline, is no longer active or permanently removed AND you have purchased a course in the 30 days prior to the removal date, you would be entitled to your money back for that course.

Custom Affirmation Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for our Custom Affirmation packages.

Mentorship Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for our Mentorship packages.

Refunds

Once your request for return is received and authorized, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and accepted your return. We will also notify you of the refund timing and status. Next, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on our products.
