While working with me in a private mentorship, we will address any limiting beliefs and habitual patterns that may be holding you back from what you want. I have many tools and support systems for healing, health and personal growth.
After purchasing your private mentorship package, I will send you a comprehensive question form to fill out prior to our first phone call together. This will enable me to have a good understanding of where you are at before we engage face to face.
Generally, our calls will be via Zoom, however, if this doesn’t work for you, there are other options we can look at to connect such as WhatsApp, Skype, Google meet etc. or whatever will work best for you.

About the instructor
Piera is a Consciousness Teacher, E-RYT® 500 and YACEP® Certified Yoga Instructor with over 2,500 teaching hours. She is also certified in Yin and Sub-Yoga, Meditation, Pre and Post-Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness. She is also a Reiki and Massage Therapist. Piera worked at a top rated Yoga School in Bali, Santosha Yoga Institute. Not only was she one of the Head Instructors for the Yoga Teacher Trainings, She also co-developed many of the online courses that Santosha still proudly serves today. The healing properties of sound and vibration have always been known to Piera, so in 2024, she completed her Level 1 Crystal Singing Bowls and Level 2 Crystal Singing Bowls Piera is also a proud owner of Soul Studio in Kaikoura, NZ. This dance movement studio helps her to share her passions with others.
