Course outline

The first Module focuses on understanding how the mind works. We will dip our toes into neuroscience, examine the conscious and subconscious mind, and explore the nervous system and its connection to our Breath.

In the second Module, we explore the energetic aspect. We will explore differing views of energy and how they correlate with our minds and bodies. As well, we will discover the immense power of our breath and practice different breathing techniques.

During the third Module, we dive deeper into life, learning and establishing concepts and practices to create lasting change in your life, from exploring awareness, including a full awareness analysis, to applied gratitude to why our body needs movement and how we create lasting change.

In the last Module, we will bring it all together and ensure that you are able to create your own practices moving forward in an empowering way. At this point, we will genuinely establish this wonderful friendship with our minds and celebrate this.

About the instructor

Piera is a Consciousness Teacher, E-RYT® 500 and YACEP® Certified Yoga Instructor with over 2,500 teaching hours. She is also certified in Yin and Sub-Yoga, Meditation, Pre and Post-Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness. She is also a Reiki and Massage Therapist. Piera worked at a top rated Yoga School in Bali, Santosha Yoga Institute. Not only was she one of the Head Instructors for the Yoga Teacher Trainings, She also co-developed many of the online courses that Santosha still proudly serves today. The healing properties of sound and vibration have always been known to Piera, so in 2024, she completed her Level 1 Crystal Singing Bowls and Level 2 Crystal Singing Bowls Piera is also a proud owner of Soul Studio in Kaikoura, NZ. This dance movement studio helps her to share her passions with others.

At the same time, as soon as I got triggered by any extra stress, my body would get covered in hives. This had to stop.
