What You Can Expect in This Course
This is a 28-day course; you can also choose to go at your own pace. It is designed to help you create a conscious, loving, and harmonious relationship with your mind.
Every week, you will have a mix of four lectures, guided practices, and personal tasks.
I have designed a workbook for you to follow the day-to-day momentum easily.
Course outline
The first Module focuses on understanding how the mind works. We will dip our toes into neuroscience, examine the conscious and subconscious mind, and explore the nervous system and its connection to our Breath. In the second Module, we explore the energetic aspect. We will explore differing views of energy and how they correlate with our minds and bodies. We will also discover the immense power of our Breath and practice different breathing techniques. In the third Module, we dive deeper into life, learning and establishing concepts and practices to create lasting change in your life, from exploring awareness, including a full awareness analysis, to applied gratitude to why our body needs movement and how we create lasting change. In the last Module, we will bring it all together and ensure that you are able to create your own
practices moving forward in an empowering way. At this point, we will genuinely establish this wonderful friendship with our minds and celebrate this.
